Red Wings icon Alex Delvecchio dies at 93

Hockeytown and the NHL are mourning the loss of Hall of Famer Alex Delvecchio, who passed away at 93. Delvecchio, a key player for the Detroit Red Wings, helped secure three Stanley Cup titles in the 1950s alongside legends Gordie Howe, Ted Lindsay, and Terry Sawchuk. Spending his entire 24-year career with the Red Wings, he captained the team for 12 years, and his No. 10 was retired in 1991. Tributes have been displayed across Detroit, and his family has expressed gratitude for the fans' support.
