Special hearing happening Wednesday on controversial steam vents plan

A special hearing is happening Wednesday over a controversial plan to put in steam vents near a popular Detroit Park.  It would be part of a heating system people living in the Mies Condominium complex near Lafayette Park desperately want. But other are worried it will erase part of the area's history.
