11 charges filed against suspect in Highland Park hit-and-run

A major development has occurred in the case of two individuals who were run down outside a Highland Park bar. A man has been arrested, and Auorahem Jatbo Safar is now facing charges for 11 crimes, including a hate crime. Safar was arraigned earlier today and is being held on bond.
