Teen charged as an adult for allegedly shooting, injuring 13-year-old
A 16-year-old girl, Princess Diana Jennings-Carter, from Detroit, has been charged as an adult for allegedly shooting a 13-year-old boy at a bus stop on April 23, 2025. The boy sustained gunshot wounds to his thigh and buttocks, and Jennings-Carter fled the scene but was arrested the following day. She faces charges including assault with intent to murder and multiple firearm-related offenses, with a bond set at $500,000. Her next court appearance is scheduled for May 5.
