High-visibility patrols aim to improve Detroit safety

A multi-agency operation, Operation John R Resolve, has been launched to address illegal activities and community concerns along Detroit's John R corridor between Six Mile and Eight Mile. This initiative involves officers from Detroit’s 11th and 12th precincts, the vice unit, Highland Park, and the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. The operation, which started today, will continue throughout the year with a focus on improving safety and quality of life in the area.
