Macomb County woman faces misdemeanor in child assault

A 53-year-old paraprofessional, Kimberley Horen, at Forest Park Elementary in Eastpointe, has been charged with misdemeanor assault and battery after allegedly hitting a 6-year-old boy with autism on the head with his shoe.
