Macomb County man guilty of importing machine gun devices

A gun dealer in Macomb County, Chase Farmer, was convicted for illegally importing, possessing, and transferring machine guns. Operating under the business name Shall Not Be Infringed, LLC, Farmer imported Glock conversion devices and auto sears from Russia using an alias and falsified payment details. Although he purchased 30 devices, only two were found by authorities, and he could not account for the missing 28. Farmer faces up to 10 years in prison, with sentencing yet to be scheduled.
