Detroit man accused of sexually assaulting 15-year-old girl at Lake St. Clair Metropark

A 23-year-old Detroit man is facing charges in connection with assaulting a girl at Lake St. Clair Metropark, officials said. Abdulnasar Muthana has been charged with criminal sexual assault-fourth-degree force or coercion, according to the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office. If convicted, he faces up to two years in jail and must register as a Tier II offender on the sex offender registry.
