Parties outside bar in Warren prompt calls for action

The numerous noise complaints coming from a popular sports bar in Warren is getting the city’s attention. During a recent city council meeting, Council Secretary Mindy Moore said the police have been called to Motor City Sports bar and Grill over 250 times.
