Policy, partnerships, progress: Mackinac Conference Underway at Grand Hotel

There's a lot of deal-making going on this week up at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, where the annual policy conference is underway. Elected officials, business leaders, and many others are gathering. Local 4 made the trek up I-75 to be there to cover it for us. We understand higher education is one of the big topics being discussed there.
