Neighbors see new housing on Detroit's west side as path to community renewal

Leaders transformed nine vacant lots into 48 homes in Northwest Detroit. The new development is called the Orchard Village Apartments and neighbors say the project isn't just bringing housing to the area, its also building a strong and viable community.
