Surveillance video captures standoff at Allen Park gas station

A man armed with a knife barricaded himself inside an Allen Park gas station, prompting an hours-long standoff with police. The incident, captured on surveillance footage, was monitored live by one of the gas station owners, Raida Adas, who watched anxiously from her home. Despite the tense situation, the cashier and stock clerk inside the store were unharmed. After five hours, police and SWAT teams secured the man without incident, and Raida expressed gratitude for the safe resolution, hoping the man receives help.
