Teen fights prompt calls for stricter youth supervision

Chaotic scenes at what's supposed to be a family-friendly event as the summer fair season gets underway. Now, there are new worries about teen violence and what can be done to stop it. Police confirm there were three separate fights on Friday and Sunday. And that violence follows the decision this year by the city of Berkley to cancel its annual fair.
