Man wearing only a cape breaks into Ohio dollar store to steal women’s underwear

Authorities in southern Ohio are searching for a man who broke into a Dollar General Store in West Portsmouth on June 1. Captured on surveillance video, the man, wearing only underwear and a cape, smashed the front door and stole several packs of women’s underwear. He left a trail of blood and stolen items leading away from the store.
