Marking 1 year since Rochester Hills splash pad shooting -- How the community has healed

A somber anniversary this weekend in Metro Detroit. Sunday marks one year since the shooting at a Rochester Hills splash pad. Nine people, including a 4-year-old boy were hurt when the shooter opened fire on families there. The shooter then took his own life.
