Detroit Land Bank marking milestone after selling more than 30,000 lots since program launched

This weekend, the Detroit Land Bank Authority is marking a milestone. 11 years ago, they launched a program allowing Detroit homeowners to buy vacant lots next to their home for just $100. As of this month, they've sold more than 30,000 lots.
