Oakland County Sheriff talks about reducing crime, shooting plot at high school graduation

This weekend marks one ear since a mass shooting at a splash pad in Rochester Hills. We talked to Mayor Bryan Barnett about resiliency of that community, now -- we're talking with Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard about the fact that everyone survived the tragic incident and how response time improved since.
