Driver charged in fatal 105 MPH crash on Detroit's west side

His criminal history includes previous charges of reckless and careless driving, leading the judge to deny him a personal bond, citing him as a danger. Proctor is held on a $500,000 cash bond with a court appearance scheduled for June 25.
