The shelter-in-place order has been lifted in Southgate as Jeremiah Christian Kemp, the 20-year-old man who shot two officers, has been captured. Joe Marsh, Director of Public Safety for the city of Southgate, said Kemp was found hiding in a nearby apartment on Thursday (June 19).
