Trial decision looms for accused killer of Dr. Hoover

We could find out Wednesday if the man accused of murdering well-known Detroit neurosurgeon, Dr. Devon Hoover, will head to trial. Tuesday, we heard from several witnesses, including one who said they found items belonging to Dr. Hoover in a bag Desmond Burks asked them to hold onto, then watched Burks toss a gun into the Rouge River.
