Detroit police Chief Todd Bettison talks manhunt for Detroit fireworks shooter

Police have identified Alphonso Cooper Jr., 19, of Romulus, as the suspect in a non-life-threatening shooting ahead of the Ford Fireworks in downtown Detroit.
