Earthquake triggers tsunami advisory on west coast -- What to know

Hawaii and much of the west coast are on alert amid tsunami fears. But, many are breathing a sigh of relief after a warning was downgraded. It was just before 5 a.m. when it was downgraded, but folks aren't in the clear just yet.
