Men charged in Detroit homicide of 23-year-old cousin

Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged Javon Timarious Hawk, 21, of Detroit, and Joseph Lavar Houston, 23, of Sterling Heights, in connection with the fatal shooting of Michael Davis, 23, of Hamtramck.  Police said Davis was the cousin of the defendants.
