‘Human error’: Detroit flight attendant sues Delta after Toronto crash landing

Vanessa Miles, a Detroit flight attendant, is suing Delta Air Lines and its subsidiary, Endeavor Air, for $75 million after surviving a crash landing in Toronto where the plane flipped upside down. Represented by attorney Mike Morse, Miles claims she was left unconscious and covered in jet fuel, while questioning the co-pilot's experience and the aircraft's excessive landing speed. Morse argues the accident was preventable and accuses the airline of negligence, aiming for changes to prevent future incidents. Delta has declined to comment on the lawsuit but defended the co-pilot's qualifications.
