Focus: HOPE says federal funding for head start program not coming for Metro Detroit families

Hundreds of families in Metro Detroit use "Head Start" to help get their young children ready for a successful education. Many have also gone to "Focus: HOPE" for access to the program. But now -- Focus-hope," says their federal funding isn't coming. A town hall meeting on this issue drew a big crowd over the past few hours.
