Is 'fibermaxxing' good for your health?
A new health trend call "fibermaxxing" is getting a lot of attention. It involved eating foods high in fiber like chia seeds, goji berries, strawberries and raspberries to help with digestion and weight loss. But is eating that much fiber so fast good for you? We spoke to Ashlee Carnahan, a registered dietitian with Henry Ford Health.
