Local 4 reporter Hank Winchester won’t be charged in Beverly Hills investigation

We have an update on Local 4 reporter Hank Winchester. A short time ago, his attorneys held a news conference to discuss the findings from an investigation led by the Beverly Hills Police, which began in June. Beverly Hills Police confirm they submitted a warrant request to the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office — and that warrant was denied earlier this week.
