Comerica Park's 25th year new voices, exciting energy

Comerica Park celebrates its 25th anniversary with new additions, including the stadium's first full-season public address announcer, Zach Linfield. A native of Hartland and University of Michigan graduate, Linfield grew up a Tigers fan, inspired to announce by his childhood experiences and video games. He started part-time at Comerica Park two years ago, after reaching out to retired PA announcer Bob Vergiels. Linfield, alongside new in-game host and radio broadcaster Kara Wolfbauer, brings a fresh energy to the park, with dreams of expanding into play-by-play announcing.
