Teen sentenced for murder of Oakland County deputy

Raymone Debose, a minor at the time, was sentenced to 33 to 60 years for the first-degree murder of Oakland County Deputy Bradley Reckling, who was ambushed and killed on June 22, 2024, while tracking a stolen car in Detroit. Reckling's family emphasized the premeditated nature of the crime and the impact of his loss. Debose, along with Marquis Goins and Karim Moore, were charged in connection with the crime, with Debose being the only one charged with murder. Goins received sentences for carjacking and related offenses, while Moore was sentenced for criminal enterprise and firearm charges.
