Family pleads for driver in deadly hit-and-run

A 34-year-old man, Thomas Edward Israel, was found dead after a hit-and-run while riding his bike on M-29 in Cottrellville Township, St. Clair County. His brother, Arthur “AJ” Israel Jr., expressed his grief and urged the driver to come forward as detectives follow leads on the suspect's vehicle.
