Victory Day brings football joy to students with disabilities Downriver

Victory Day is an annual event in Downriver that offers young people with disabilities the opportunity to experience the excitement of a football gameday, including participating as players and cheerleaders. Organized by Aaron Segedi and involving 12 local school districts, the event fosters an inclusive environment where students are mentored by football players and cheerleaders, building confidence and joy among participants and empathy and leadership among mentors.
