Meet the Oakland County teen who has been named one of the top 300 Junior Innovators nationwide

Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. We all know how important those STEM classes are.Today, we're going to celebrate a 13-year-old girl who's already making a name for herself across the country. Sri Laaysa Modem of Baker Middle School has been named one of 300 junior innovators from across the country. It's a big deal! They come from 34 different states and Puerto Rico. Plus-- she's still in the running for some possible cash awards. How cool is that? Let's welcome Sri and her brother Aasrith to Local 4.
