Family holds vigil for woman killed in crash on Detroit’s east side

The family of the 36-year-old woman killed in a car crash on Detroit’s east side one week ago (Sept. 6) came together for a balloon release in her memory. Charlene Long-Hardon was a loving mother who will be deeply missed, her family said.
