3 arrested, charged in string of Macomb County burglaries, smash-and-grabs

Three individuals, Shemar Rondeau, Kenneth Gipson, and Tyrice Cunningham, have been arrested and charged for involvement in multiple burglaries and smash-and-grab incidents in Macomb County. The burglaries occurred at locations including The Cash Exchange, Pleasantrees Cultivation Facility, Bank of Buds, and a Kroger Gas station, where items such as remote control cars, marijuana plants, and a cash register were stolen or damaged. Rondeau faces charges of conducting a criminal enterprise and multiple counts of breaking and entering, with a bond set at $250,000, while Gipson and Cunningham face similar charges with bonds set at $250,000 and $100,000, respectively. Additional charges may be forthcoming for the three suspects.
