Women making waves in boating leadership at Freedom Boat Club Detroit

In recognition of American Business Women’s Day, the focus is on Taylor Kayne, the General Manager of the Freedom Boat Club of Detroit, and Mary Valentik, a Dockhand and Training Captain there. Both are championing the cause of encouraging women to take on leadership roles in the predominantly male field of boating. They aim to empower women and make boating more accessible to families in Metro Detroit, while also sharing their vision for the future of women in the boating industry.
