Flash flood warning issued for Washtenaw County

A flash flood warning has been issued for Washtenaw County early Wednesday morning. The National Weather Service issued the warning on Sept. 24 at 5:50 a.m. for southeastern Washtenaw County and will remain in effect until 9 a.m.
