Here are the top concerns Detroiters have that they want the next mayor to address

We got the results of a survey done by the University of Michigan in partnership with Outlier Media.  Detroiters said crime or safety tops their lost of concerns with nearly 18% of them saying it's one of the top three challenges faced by their households. That's following by neighborhood conditions and employment. To look into these results, we spoke to Orlando Bailey, the Executive Director of Outlier Media.
