Michigan's weather has been all over the board this week -- tornadoes, dense fog and flash flooding.  We are now tied for third all-time for tornadoes in a year in Michigan, and are just six shy of the record of 39 set in 1974.  4Warn Weather Meteorologist Ashlee Baracy explains why a couple of these tornadoes this week are unique in nature
