Lawsuit accuses Detroit school district of child abuse cover-up

The Detroit Public Schools Community District’s (DPSCD) Moses Field Center is a school for students with special needs. A local mother says her child endured painful mistreatment at the school, and when concerns were raised, they were ignored. The allegations date back to 2023 and are at the center of a new $25 million lawsuit filed against the district.
