McDonald’s worker accused of murdering manager in Eastpointe returns to court

The worker accused of killing her manager at a McDonald’s in Eastpointe appeared in court on Wednesday. Afeni Badu Muhammad, 27, of Eastpointe, who was charged in connection with the death of 39-year-old Jennifer Harris, returned to court on Oct. 8. The last time Muhammad appeared in court was on Sept. 3. On Oct. 8, a review hearing was held regarding Muhammad’s competency hearing.
