Neighbors under boil water advisory wait for the all clear in Wayne County

Waiting for the all-clear in Melvindale! A boil water advisory is stretching into its second day as we learn more about what triggered the alert in the first place. The Great Lakes Water Authority and the city of Melvindale have been distributing large quantities of bottled water today. Thousands of people still cannot access safe drinking water from their taps.
