New York AG Letitia James indicted on fraud charges

New York Attorney General Letitia James has been indicted on fraud charges in connection with a mortgage she took out to help her niece buy a house. She's accused of buying a home in Virginia to gain a more favorable mortgage term, which she claimed was her primary residence, even though she was serving as New York's attorney general at the time.
