Pontiac breaks ground on new recreation center

Officials broke ground on a new recreation center in Pontiac. A 54,000 square foot facility is being built at the former McCarroll School in Pontiac, and the plans call for basketball courts, a fitness center, a track, and spaces for kids and teens.
