Man killed in hit-and-run crash on Detroit’s west side

A man has died after being hit by a car on Detroit’s west side early Monday morning. The crash happened in the area of Joy Road and Central Street, near Livernois and Wyoming, on the city’s west side on Oct. 13. Police said a man was struck by a car and died at the scene. The driver in the car that struck the man drove away from the scene.
