Man shot by police in Macomb County, officer injured

A man is in the hospital after being shot by police early Monday morning, and an officer is recovering from minor injuries. Authorities said the shooting happened at a police department on Gratiot Avenue in Roseville at around 4:30 a.m. on Oct. 13.
