Full hearing: Suspect in alleged shooting plot at Oakland County graduation appears in court

One of the suspects charged in connection with allegedly planning a mass shooting at a high school graduation ceremony in Oakland County was back in court on Tuesday. Jamarion Jaryante Hardiman, 20, appeared in court before Oakland County Judge Cheryl Matthews on Oct. 14, 2025, for a pretrial hearing. During the hearing, possible dates for a jury trial were discussed, but the judge said that she needs to make sure the requested date also works for the codefendant's defense team.
