Detroit mayoral debate stirs up residency controversy

The race to become Detroit's next mayor and a residency controversy once again rearing it's ugly head.  Mary Sheffield and Solomon Kinloch Jr. made their pitch to voters, and Sheffield accused Kinloch of living in Oakland Township instead of Detroit. Kinloch refutes that claim.
