Driver on Michigan highway crosses to other side, speeds wrong way, gestures at cops, gets tased

A driver on a Michigan highway was swerving across lanes while fleeing police, crossed to the other side of the freeway, gestured at cops multiple times, got spun out by a deputy, and then was tased and taken into custody.
