Full interview: 9-year-old Macomb County girl opens up after car crashes into bedroom

A car crashed into a Center Line home early Monday morning, driving through a girl’s bedroom. It hit her so hard that she landed in the front yard. Laila Breitshtrus was sleeping in bed inside a home just south of 10 Mile Road and east of Van Dyke Avenue on Oct. 13 when the vehicle smashed through the wall and into her room. Local 4’s Nick Monacelli caught up with Laila about the recovery she has ahead.
