'No Kings' protest in Detroit

On Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025, Roosevelt Park in Detroit held one of many “No Kings” rallies taking place across Michigan and the United States. The event drew hundreds of participants voicing their concerns about government policies and leadership. This is the second wave of protests, following nationwide “No Kings” demonstrations held on June 14 against President Trump’s military parade in Washington, D.C.
